About the project

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team for a European-wide CRM implementation within a leading automotive client. The successful candidate will be part of the solution architect team responsible for evolving and supporting the rollout of Dynamics 365 CRM across various National Marketing and Sales Companies (in Europe. Currently live in 9 countries, the project will expand to 3 additional markets in the next 6 months. The Solution Architect will focus on maintaining, evolving, and supporting existing implementations, alongside new initiatives, with autonomy in dividing tasks based on skillsets within the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Define the technical roadmap and solution architecture for the ongoing evolution of Dynamics CRM, aligning with the omnichannel customer strategy.
  • Design and implement integrations between TME systems, authentication systems, and data/reporting platforms.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across TME (Operations, System Engineering, Cloud Team, etc.) and NMSC IT.
  • Collaborate with multiple project teams to deliver a cohesive architecture solution.
  • Identify and mitigate technological risks, ensuring the stability and scalability of the system.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and technical support teams to define project specifications.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of processes and operations.
  • Implement adequate monitoring solutions for system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews for Azure integration components, including Azure Functions, Web Apps, and Web Jobs.
  • Follow up on evolving standards, best practices (code quality, DevOps, architecture patterns).
  • Coordinate and oversee activities of support and deployment teams.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Software Engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in Customer Service & Sales modules.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Azure technologies (Azure Functions, Web Apps, Web Jobs).
  • Experience in designing and defending system architecture for large-scale, multi-layered Dynamics 365 CE integrations.
  • Ability to guide teams through architecture implementation with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to challenge implementation decisions and assess risks to ensure product quality.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working across teams to gather the necessary information to support architectural decisions.
  • Hands-on experience building prototypes and proofs of concept using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • English B2 proficiency level.
  • Experience in improving the reporting and analytics layer for Dynamics CRM.
