Your responsibilities

  • Independent handling of the accident and illness process (excl. IV cases)
  • Calculation of vacation shortening excl. wage processing
  • Check, process and reconcile invoices (withholding tax, AHV (old-age and survivors' pension), other social benefits)
  • Processing of family allowances and clarification with authorities and employees
  • Check, complete and submit applications to the compensation office
  • Check dispositions and forward to employees and payroll
  • Conduct clarifications with authorities and employees
  • EO and Younth & Sport (Y&S) registrations
  • Supporting the team in preparing for audits, wage structure surveys and FSO (BFS) statistical reports
  • Dispatch of monthly payslips
  • Processing VSE registrations and invoices
  • Responsible for the international transfers (new entries) to Switzerland
  • Preparation of cost estimate and drafting of the relocation agreement (side letter)
  • First point of contact person for all queries and questions regarding their relocation questions in German and English
  • Conducting relocation calls
  • Ordering and coordinating applicable benefits with external providers and internal partners
  • Processing of invoices
  • Responsible for work and residence permit process including requesting, controlling and renewing permits on time
  • Ordering e.g. A1 and CoC certificates or 120 days permits
  • Preparing Salary calculations for immigration purpose
  • Monthly control of the residence permits of existing employees

Employer requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar HR area in an international environment
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Experience in the administrative payroll area
  • Experience and knowledge of the work permit procedure is nice to have
  • Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
