The Online Services Team is seeking an experienced Web Full Stack Developer with strong frontend skills in React and a good understanding of Node.js to develop and maintain a web application and associated microservices.
Your daily tasks:
- Develop and maintain a web application
- Implement and maintain microservices for administrative and player-facing APIs
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend developers and game programmers
- Contribute to the architecture and long term vision of the frontend solution
- Provide technical guidance to team members on frontend programming topics
- R&D of new technologies that could improve current and future projects
You meet our expectations if you have:
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Strong experience with front-end development in React; Vue.js is nice to have
- Experience in backend development in Node.js
- Experience with designing maintainable, performant reusable applications from scratch
- Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate with other team members and teams
- Ability to brainstorm ideas and prototype them
- Ability to listen to feedback and work within a team
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of relational databases - preferably MySQL / MariaDB
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DocumentDB / Mongo and Redis
- Experience with CI/CD - GitLab preferred
- Experience with unit and integration tests
- Experience with working with containers
- Experience with Cloud Providers - preferably AWS
