Your responsibilities
- You will develop all packaging and packing materials required by the company.
- You will be responsible for testing new packaging materials.
- You will provide your technical expertise to support our packaging procurement team.
- You will also accompany various innovation projects and support the implementation of our sustainability strategy.
- You will manage internal and external complaint handling related to packaging.
- Packaging specifications will also be under your responsibility.
- You will represent the company at conferences, meetings, and trade fairs.
Our requirements
- You have a completed degree in a technical field such as Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience in this field.
- You are communicative and open, with a talent for networking and building relationships.
- You work independently and possess constructive problem-solving skills.
- You have knowledge of horizontal form-fill-seal (FFS) machines and single bag filling systems (approx. 4-20 kg).
- You are fluent in Polish and have good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel to the company's headquarters for business trips
