Your responsibilities
- Balanced Expertise: Divide your focus between mastering email marketing strategies and spearheading our lead generation initiatives. Your role is pivotal in both nurturing our existing customer base through personalized email campaigns and expanding our reach by identifying and attracting new leads.
- Lead Generation Innovation: Develop and implement forward-thinking lead generation strategies that effectively capture and nurture leads across various channels. Use a mix of creativity and analytical prowess to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Email Campaign Excellence: Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Utilize segmentation and personalization to ensure content relevance, driving both engagement and conversion rates.
- Analytical Rigor: Systematically track and analyze the performance of email and lead generation campaigns using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead acquisition costs. Use these insights to refine strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work seamlessly across departments to align email marketing and lead generation strategies with broader marketing goals. Ensure cohesive messaging and strategy integration for maximum impact on our target audiences.
- Strategic Growth: Take charge of expanding our lead database and newsletter subscriber base, employing innovative tactics and tools to engage potential leads. Continuously refine and optimize campaigns to maximize both lead quality and quantity, ensuring a steady pipeline for business growth.
Our requirements
- Experienced Professional: At least 2 years of experience in email marketing and lead generation, with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with various email marketing platforms and lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, including key performance indicators such as interaction rate, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate.
- Analytical and Creative: A unique blend of data-driven analytical skills and creativity for developing engaging newsletter and lead generation concepts.
- Autonomous and Structured: Independent, structured, and proactive approach to work, with excellent time management and a passion for your work.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to integrate marketing platforms and enhance connectivity with other business systems.
