No bullshit • transparency first • unique yourself • innovation is the key • power of relationship Te 5 haseł to myśli przewodnie jakimi kieruje się firma. Transparency first - to chyba jedno z najbardziej naciąganych hasel w całej firmie. Unique yourself - to też dobre. Zresztą temat liderów to zupełnie inna kwestia. Innovation is the key - tu bez zmian. Power of relationship - ludzie w tej firmie to jedna z zalet.
Disclaimer - I'm one of the leaders referenced in this opinion. Firstly I truly hope every future candidate considering a role at TRAFFIT reads this review. It's 100% important that you understand both the benefits and negatives that appear while working at TRAFFIT. It's not heaven. We have elements that one person can love, and in the same time another can hate. I encourage you to bring these kind of questions up in your interviews so you can find out with the manager which side you feel you might fall on. I never want to hire someone who has a chance to be this unhappy. In TRAFFIT we created processes and values in 2021-2022 that really boosted us and the team in a forward economy. In 2023, when the market pushed back, we found that well created processes and developments had loopholes, and some failed under pressure. Things that rightly have to be rebuilt to represent how the new reality of 2024 looks. We will be sharing those changes as soon as it's completed. I agree also that as a leader, 2023 required me and the other leaders to get much more involved to both our strategy and delivery, as things that were easy in 2022 began to be more challenging. This is something I feel leaders should do, because the solution was not obvious and it would be unfair to put the pressure on our employees to 'fix it'. If you are reading this as a candidate, you need to be confident to interact with leadership, especially when they disagree with you. We want your opinion, and sometimes when a consensus isn't found, we need to pick a certain path. Ultimately if you truly believe your path is better, in many cases we will follow you. But this opinion above isn't without reason. There are times when also I truly believe my path was better and I backed also my opinion. Talk to your manager about it in your interview, and really try to get an understanding for it. It's true that our transparent culture sometimes was forgotten. Especially in 2023. Again, please bring this up in the interview and we will be able to talk about where we are. Currently all our salaries are public. Our results are shared internally. We openly missed announcing some pay rises in 2023 in the same fashion we did in 2022. When sometimes results dropped in 2023, we didn't run to talk about it, but rather waited to see if it was short term or long term challenge. Now we have solved this and all numbers are shared on monthly town halls and dashboards internally. Finally one thing i'd like to correct. The money isn't so good :) But the team we have are great. I agree with that 100% At TRAFFIT we do not and will never claim to be perfect. We have big goals, the best intentions, sometimes we fail. 2023 helped us to really identify some weaknesses in both our internal processes, and also the connection between our promotions and our business results. As a leader i'm sorry if anyone left our organization feelings as negative as the person who left this review felt. It's never been my goal for someone to feel so out of place in our organization. I am sure wherever their next role is, it will be better suited. This review has caused me to take a wider view of my personal approach and at our organization as a whole, so for that I'm thankful.
