Job Summary
As HR Data Processing Analyst, you will be responsible for timely and accurate entry of HR data into SAP-HCM and issuing required HR documentation following the predefined process.
You will be part of Global HR Data Management Team. You will support HR Business Partners and key HR processes in North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
• Process employee data changes in SAP-HCM, including but not limited to employee lifecycle events, within the defined process and accepted governance structure,
• Process changes regarding Organization Management in SAP-HCM: reporting structures, creating positions, changing position details etc.
• Issue HR documentation for the supported processes
• File electronic employee documentation in an online document repository;
• File all requests for changes in SAP-HCM as they become competed
• Participate in and perform data audits as needed,
• Maintain agreed upon service levels,
• Provide high-quality, timely and professional customer service,
Minimum qualifications:
• University degree (bachelor’s or master’s),
• Fluent English (spoken & written),
• Strong attention to detail,
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred qualifications:
• Process driven and systematic,
• Other foreign language is an advantage,
• Experience in HR or HR Service Center is an advantage,
• Knowledge of SAP, HCM is an advantage,
• Collaborative working style,
• Adaptable and open to new tasks,
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion,
• Customer oriented,
